Build
A multi-tenant knowledge platform with role-based access, organisation-scoped data isolation, invitations and access revocation. Offline-first reads and edits with optimistic updates and automatic sync.
Outcome
One centralised, versioned source of truth, with domain models designed for analytics and AI-assisted retrieval.

I was obsessed with how software feels, the small details that make an interface feel right.

Then consulting showed me where good software fails.

Not in the code. In deployment, in access, and in whether the people it was built for ever used it.

So I learned all of it.
